Because ThreeTel works over the internet, calling may be unavailable during an internet outage. During a power outage, service may also stop unless your modem/router and adapter have backup power (UPS). We recommend keeping a mobile phone as backup.
Call quality depends on your internet connection. For best results, use a stable connection and place the adapter close to your router. If you have any issues, we’ll help you troubleshoot.
